Q: Can my organization pay on a payment plan?
A: Yes, You can finance your training and software purchase by monthly payments. There is a nominal 5% charge for financing an it is available for a 12, 24 or 36 month payment plan
for software purchases only. We require training to be
paid in advance of the training date.
Q: If my organization pays for a training session and is unable to make it, can I get a refund?
A: As long as cancellation is received prior to 21 days before the scheduled training class, a full refund will be granted. Each payment received for a single training session is good for up to two years for one person.
Q: What is involved with the training sessions?
A: The Basic DecepTech Voice Stress Analysis Training session familiarizes
the student with the DecepTech System. The Basic Course takes two weeks and covers all operational features of the
voice stress analysis software including practice exams and documentation to make the student fully confident on the use of our system. Mentoring is included after completion of the training. The Advanced Course is an additional week, and presents the individual with case studies utilizing narrative analysis for better study on narrative analysis using DecepTech software. The Advanced Course is optional, but highly recommended at a later date.
Q: Why is your training class two weeks?
A: Over our many years experience we have found students
only get a basic understanding of the technology and
handling of examinations. The second week a
comprehensive use of protocols and reading examinations
is taught.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept wire transfers, checks, Visa and
MasterCard.
Q: How does Digital Voice Stress Analysis compare with Polygraph?
A: We have done many side-by-side tests in which the Polygrapher has supplied cases with known conclusions and in 100% of the cases our product matched the Polygraphers findings.
We never issue an inconclusive result as with polygraph.

A: Yes, we can schedule a WebEx demonstration at a
mutually convenient time.
Q: Can we use our own computers?
A: Most entities prefer to use their own equipment. We
will teach the examiner to install the software on their
assign computer.
Q: Do you offer mentoring? A:
We offer lifetime mentoring to examiners that keep their
certification current.
Q: Do you require periodic recertification?
A: Yes, we require examiners to recertify every three
years.
